What is bulk email verification?
Bulk email verification is the process of uploading a list (CSV/XLSX) of email addresses and having them validated in one go. The service checks syntax, domain records, SMTP response, and more to label each address as safe, risky, or invalid.
How long does it take to verify my list?
Our infrastructure can process approximately 10,000 emails in about 10 minutes. Larger lists are processed in parallel and you can monitor real-time progress in the dashboard.
Which file formats are supported?
You can upload CSV and XLSX files up to 1 GB each. We automatically recognise header rows and ignore duplicate addresses.
Will I be charged for duplicate or "unknown" results?
No. Duplicates are skipped automatically and credits for addresses that return an "unknown" status are refunded to your balance as soon as the job finishes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All uploads are encrypted in transit & at rest. Files are automatically deleted after 30 days or immediately on request. We are fully GDPR & CCPA compliant.
